Did you guys enjoy the Podcast that we put up yesterday using the word 'seasoned' ? cuz. we have a surprise for you
today there's another one / another one/
sometimes we space it out every other day but. there's a great word today that we're gonna use
we're gonna tell you about that a little bit later
today we're going to... you might look at the title and say huh?
chiro. A trip to the chiro. actually chiro it's not chiro
it's short for chiropractor
so this is becoming more popular in Korea too
because a lot of people have back problems /so they want some adjustments/ adjustments exactly
so that's what we're gonna talk about today
how is your back Denny?
umm.. I know I have lower back problems and part of that's just posture. I slouch a lot when I'm sitting.
it's funny when I'm walking I have very good posture
but when I'm sitting down it's terrible. I need
I should work on it. really should
but for me it's not my back it's my shoulder
and so and that's just a chronic problem for me
because it's just an old injury that keeps resurfacing
so for me that... I don't know that's gonna be chiropractically resolved.
cuz. I think usually the chiropractor work(s) on your spine, right?
but I know they can work on other part as well too
/oh really they can?/ like , I think, elbows, any kind of joints
they can kind of adjust wrist realignment when I was younger
I was doing 합기도 basically well.. Aikido and there's a lot of wrist locks and wrist grabs
and so because there's so many small bones in your hands and wrists
we all always do exercises to realign and to strengthen our wrists
but my 센세, he was really good at realigning my wrist bones. right? so if there's an accident he would say 'okay just relax' he kind of put the tiny bones back into place /what?/ it was awesome, so relaxing / my goodness. so forget the chiro go to the 센세.. okay../ find the 사부님.
